Early childhood education is a crucial golden age phase for shaping children's character and spirituality, notably through Tahfidzul Qur'an memorization programs. However, at KB Ahsanu Amala Sidoarjo, a problem arose in the form of a desynchronization in the learning ecosystem between school and home, where the muraja'ah (memorization review) process was often halted due to working parents' time constraints and a lack of pedagogical understanding regarding child-friendly guidance. This Community Service (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat / PkM) activity aims to formulate and test the effectiveness of counseling on school-parent synergy in strengthening early childhood tahfidz learning management. The implementation method adopted a Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) approach, divided into three stages: 1) Preparation Stage (needs assessment and module development), 2) Implementation Stage (hybrid counseling, parenting workshop, and role-play simulation), and 3) Evaluation Stage (pre-test, post-test, and qualitative monitoring). The results showed a paradigm shift among parents, moving from a demanding/quantity-driven approach to becoming more empathetic companions using child-friendly, fun learning techniques such as talqin, tikrar, and muraja'ah. In addition, a disciplined, two-way communication pattern was established through the daily completion of the Buku Mutaba'ah Tahfidz Harian (Daily Progress Logbook). The program also produced concrete outputs, including a synergy guide e-book, digital live-stream archives on YouTube, and a published scientific article. The synergy between school and family has proven effective in creating a cohesive, harmonious, and sustainable Qur'anic learning ecosystem for young children.
