This study aims to explore and analyze the activities of the Cub Scout program in fostering cooperative character in early childhood children aged 5-6 years at Ar Rahmah Kindergarten, Tasikmalaya City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document studies, which were analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the school has a strong commitment to integrating scouting values into the Seven Habits program through learning communities. The implementation of Cub Scout activities is carried out in a structured manner through a two-week activity cycle that includes practicing discipline and collaborative play activities. Children's cooperative character develops gradually through activities that encourage interaction, helping each other, sharing roles, and completing tasks together. The success of the program's implementation is supported by the teachers' creativity in managing Learning activities and the use of the open environment as a learning medium, even though there are still obstacles in the form of distractions from the surrounding environment. This research finding shows that Pramuka Prasiaga activities contribute to fostering teamwork character as one of the foundations of social-emotional development in early childhood.
