Arabic language learning in the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD) is still dominated by strategies oriented towards cognitive and linguistic aspects, while the psychological dimension of students as prospective early childhood educators has not received adequate attention. In fact, the psychological characteristics of PIAUD students require a learning approach that not only develops language competence, but also forms pedagogical, spiritual, and affective readiness. This research aims to reconstruct the Arabic language learning strategy based on Psycho-Tarbawi as a paradigm that integrates the principles of Islamic Educational Psychology into the Arabic language learning process for PIAUD students. The research uses a library research approach with a conceptual design. Data were obtained from relevant primary and secondary literature, then analyzed through thematic content analysis and conceptual synthesis to build a comprehensive learning strategy framework. The results of the study show that Arabic language learning strategies need to be reconstructed through the five main dimensions of Psycho-Tarbawi, namely fitrah orientation, strengthening qalb as the center of learning awareness, managing nafs as internal motivation, internalizing adab in the learning process, and strengthening tazkiyatun nafs as the foundation for shaping the character of educators. These five dimensions produce a more holistic learning strategy because it integrates cognitive, affective, spiritual, and pedagogical aspects simultaneously. This research offers a conceptual model of Psycho-Tarbawi Based Arabic Language Learning Strategy as a new contribution to the development of Islamic Educational Psychology, Arabic language education, and the education of PIAUD teacher candidates.
