Publication Ethis
Tazkiyah: Journal Of Islamic Psychology is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. This statement applies to all parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher. The journal adheres to internationally recognized principles of publication ethics, including those promoted by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), as well as relevant Indonesian regulations on scientific publication ethics.
- Responsibilities of Authors
Authors must submit original work that has not been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere; report findings honestly, without fabrication or falsification of data; properly acknowledge sources and ensure appropriate authorship; disclose any conflicts of interest; obtain ethical approval where required and respect the rights of research participants; correct errors identified after publication; and cooperate fully with the editorial team.
- Responsibilities of Editors
Editors must evaluate manuscripts objectively and confidentially, basing decisions solely on academic quality and free from discrimination. They must disclose and manage conflicts of interest, ensure a fair peer-review process, protect the integrity of the scholarly record, and take appropriate action when ethical concerns arise.
- Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers must conduct reviews objectively, constructively, and confidentially; identify relevant uncited work or potential plagiarism; disclose conflicts of interest; decline reviews they are unqualified or unable to complete on time; and refrain from using unpublished information for personal or professional advantage.
- Research Integrity
The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate or redundant publication, inappropriate authorship, citation manipulation, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or unethical treatment of human participants. Articles found to violate these principles may be rejected, corrected, or retracted.
