Digital transformation has drastically reshaped the landscape of education, including Islamic education, which prioritizes character formation and the cultivation of noble morals. The revolution in information technology has facilitated easier access to knowledge and opened new spaces for learning; however, it has also introduced serious ethical, moral, and spiritual challenges for Muslim youth. In this context, Nashih Ulwan’s thoughts on child education in Islam become highly relevant to re-examine. This study aims to analyze the relevance of Ulwan’s concept of tarbiyah, which emphasizes the development of faith, moral character, and children’s social responsibility, within the digital education environment. This research employs a qualitative, library-based methodology, using Ulwan’s classical work Tarbiyatul Aulad fil Islam as the primary source, along with secondary sources drawn from contemporary journals and literature on Islamic education and digitalization. The findings indicate that the values of exemplary conduct (uswah), habituation (ta‘wid), and moral supervision (muraqabah) in Ulwan’s framework remain relevant—and even crucial—to integrate into digital education systems. This study underscores the importance of revitalizing spiritual values in the use of technology so that Islamic education not only adapts to contemporary advancements but also remains firmly rooted in the principles of tawhid
