Submission and Publication Fees

ICER Journal – International Counseling and Education Review does not charge any submission fee.

A publication fee of Rp. 100,000 is charged only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Authors are not required to pay for:

• manuscript submission;
• editorial evaluation; or
• peer review.

The publication fee does not influence the editorial decision or peer-review process. All manuscripts are evaluated based on their scholarly quality, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, and compliance with the journal’s policies.

No additional or hidden fees are charged.
