ICER Journal – International Counseling and Education Review is committed to maintaining the quality, integrity, originality, and scholarly relevance of published articles through a fair, independent, and rigorous peer-review process.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal are subject to an editorial evaluation and, when considered suitable, external peer review.

The peer-review process is intended to support editorial decision-making, improve the quality of scholarly work, and ensure that published articles meet appropriate academic and ethical standards.

Peer Review Model

ICER Journal applies a double-blind peer-review process.

Under this model:

the identities of the authors are not disclosed to the reviewers; and

the identities of the reviewers are not disclosed to the authors.
